Treat of heart of smoked salmon, coconut and chives
- 3 x 15 g of salmon heart
- 20 g of grated coconut
- bunch of chives

Slice the small treat squares in the salmon heart, bread them on one side with the mixture, with the powdered coconut and chives, and pique each good sweet.
The sweets can be served as an aperitif – take them out 30 minutes prior to serving them.
